Epsilon Powers Dell’s New Loyalty Program

With more than 15 years of experience as a project administrator and systems analyst, Anthony Freddura has served since 2013 as a lead systems analyst and product owner at Epsilon, a marketing firm based in Wakefield, Massachusetts. In his work, Anthony Freddura helps develop the firm’s software as a service (SaaS) platform, Agility, which is utilized by major clients such as Dell.

Last October, Epsilon and Dell rolled out a new joint initiative that will see Agility software used to help launch a new program known as Dell Advantage Rewards. This will be a worldwide loyalty program that will help the company leverage its established marketing areas (direct mail, email, online, etc.) to engender even more connection with customers and help cultivate positive experiences that keep bringing them back.

In his comments, Epsilon CEO Bryan Kennedy pointed to the longstanding partnership between his company and Dell as a sign of Epislon’s ability to help major brands create meaningful bonds with their customers. He also said that the firm’s previous success with Dell will serve as a bellwether for the potential of the Dell Advantage Rewards, powered by Agility.
